1.1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "kg9bet", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the kg9bet.com platform and all associated services.
• "Platform" refers to the kg9bet website, mobile interface, and all products and services made available through kg9bet.com.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers, accesses, or uses the kg9bet Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Player's kg9bet account, expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's account by kg9bet.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal.

1.2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the kg9bet Platform, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and kg9bet. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.

kg9bet reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for changes.

1.3 Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version of these terms, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

1.4 Age Restriction

The kg9bet Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. kg9bet reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed. Any funds in an underage account may be forfeited.

2.1 Eligibility

To register a kg9bet account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are registering for personal, recreational use only — not on behalf of any third party or for commercial purposes.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended kg9bet account.
• You are not acting as an agent or representative of any person or entity for the purpose of placing bets.
• You provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one kg9bet account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, mobile number, email address, payment method, device, or IP address — are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, kg9bet reserves the right to close all but the oldest verified account and to void any bets or bonuses associated with the duplicate accounts.

2.3 Account Information Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate personal details during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method. The name registered on your kg9bet account must match the name registered on your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account. Mismatched account names may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension pending identity verification.

If your personal details change after registration — for example, a change of mobile number or primary payment method — you must notify kg9bet support at [email protected] promptly. kg9bet is not liable for any losses arising from outdated account information.

2.4 Account Security & Password

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your kg9bet login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any other person. kg9bet will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact kg9bet support immediately.

2.5 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

kg9bet may require identity verification at any stage of the account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a pattern of unusual activity. Verification documents may include a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may have withdrawal privileges suspended until verification is complete. kg9bet processes KYC documents within 24–48 hours under normal conditions.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kg9bet currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank direct transfer. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). kg9bet does not currently accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.

3.2 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your kg9bet account balance instantly in the case of bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes to reflect during business hours.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• kg9bet does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees independently.
• kg9bet reserves the right to set maximum deposit limits on individual accounts based on account history and verification status.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–4 hours for verified accounts during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may experience withdrawal holds of up to 72 hours pending document review.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during periods of high platform traffic — such as BPL knockout nights or IPL finals — may experience delays of up to 8 hours. kg9bet will notify affected players via account notification.
• Any withdrawal where the receiving payment account name does not match the kg9bet account name will be held for manual review and may be returned to the kg9bet account balance pending name verification.

3.4 Currency

All balances, stakes, winnings, bonuses, and transaction amounts on kg9bet are expressed and processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). kg9bet does not apply currency conversion fees. Players depositing via international card methods (Visa, Mastercard) should be aware that their card issuer may apply a foreign transaction fee independently of kg9bet.

3.5 Declined Transactions

kg9bet reserves the right to decline any deposit or withdrawal transaction that it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, associated with money laundering, or in breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, kg9bet will notify the player and, where lawfully required, may report the transaction to relevant authorities. Declined transaction funds will be returned to the originating payment account within 3–5 business days.

4.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by kg9bet are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion at the time of the offer. In the absence of promotion-specific terms, the general bonus conditions set out in this section apply. By claiming any kg9bet bonus, you agree to the applicable wagering requirements and bonus rules.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your kg9bet account must be wagered a minimum number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The standard wagering requirement for kg9bet bonuses is 20x the bonus amount unless a different multiplier is stated in the promotion terms. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus subject to a 20x wagering requirement must generate ৳20,000 in total qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted.

• Only bets placed using Bonus Funds count toward wagering requirements, unless promotion terms specifically state otherwise.
• Bets that are voided, drawn, or result in a push do not count toward wagering requirements.
• Bonus Funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within 14 calendar days of the bonus being credited, unless stated otherwise in the promotion.
• kg9bet reserves the right to adjust or revoke bonus credits if it determines that the player's betting pattern is designed to exploit wagering requirements rather than reflect genuine recreational play.

4.3 Bonus Abuse Policy

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited on the kg9bet platform:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once.
• Coordinating bets with other players to artificially meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (bonus hedging or bonus washing).
• Using Bonus Funds exclusively on bets with odds below the minimum qualifying threshold specified in promotion terms.
• Claiming a bonus using a payment method or identity not registered in the player's own name.

Where bonus abuse is identified, kg9bet reserves the right to void all associated bets, cancel the bonus, and permanently close the account without notice. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure may be returned to the registered payment method after deducting any funds attributable to bonus abuse.

5.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed on kg9bet are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all bet selections — including event, market, stake amount, and odds — before confirmation. kg9bet does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances where an obvious system error has caused a clearly erroneous outcome.

5.2 Odds and Market Availability

kg9bet publishes odds for all available sports and casino markets in real time. Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that will apply to the bet, regardless of subsequent market movements. kg9bet reserves the right to suspend or withdraw any market at any time without notice, including during live in-play events.

5.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by kg9bet in the following circumstances:

• The event to which the bet relates is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without a result being achieved within the applicable settlement window.
• The bet was placed at odds that resulted from a manifest error (e.g., a pricing error that produced odds substantially divergent from the true market price).
• The bet was placed in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Relevant sports governing bodies declare the event result void or null.

Voided bet stakes are returned in full to the player's kg9bet account balance.

5.4 Casino Games and RNG

All casino games available on the kg9bet platform — including slots, live table games, instant-win titles, and crash games — are supplied by certified third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The random number generators (RNG) used in these games are independently audited for fairness. kg9bet does not influence, manipulate, or modify the outcomes of any casino game. Published RTP (return-to-player) percentages are those certified by the game provider.

5.5 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, game result, or account transaction, players must contact kg9bet support at [email protected] within 7 calendar days of the disputed event. Disputes raised after this window may not be investigated. kg9bet will aim to resolve all disputes within 5 business days of receipt. 6.1 Permitted Use

You may not use the Platform for any commercial purpose, for professional arbitrage betting, or as part of any organised scheme designed to generate systematic profit from promotions or market inefficiencies at the expense of kg9bet's commercial operation.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kg9bet Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets, access markets, or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of collusion with other players, sports participants, or third parties to manipulate betting outcomes.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction related to criminal proceeds.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, scrape, or interfere with the technical infrastructure of the kg9bet Platform.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or KYC verification.

• Engaging in any conduct that kg9bet reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of its products, other players, or the Platform's reputation.

6.3 Reporting Obligations

If you become aware of any activity that you believe constitutes match-fixing, fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions by another player, you are encouraged to report it to kg9bet support at [email protected]. All reports are treated confidentially and investigated promptly.

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may close their kg9bet account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of any pending KYC requirements. Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure. Account closure requests are processed within 2 business days.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the kg9bet Platform for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion for a defined period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and take immediate effect on live betting and casino access. Any real-money balance held at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to the registered payment method. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen exclusion period expires.

7.3 Suspension by kg9bet

kg9bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Identified duplicate account creation.
• Confirmed underage gambling.
• Account activity that kg9bet reasonably determines poses a risk to Platform integrity.

Where an account is suspended or closed by kg9bet for breach of these terms, any real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation. Funds attributable to fraudulent activity or bonus abuse will be forfeited. kg9bet will communicate the grounds for closure to the affected player via the registered email address or mobile number where lawfully permissible.

8.1 Service Availability

kg9bet aims to provide continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform but does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, third-party service provider outages, or events beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. kg9bet is not liable for any losses — including missed betting opportunities or unrealised winnings — arising from Platform downtime.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kg9bet's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. kg9bet is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

8.3 Third-Party Game Providers

Casino games and live dealer tables on the kg9bet Platform are supplied by independent third-party providers. kg9bet does not control the software, RNG certification, or operational conduct of these providers beyond verifying their credentials at the time of integration. kg9bet accepts no liability for errors, outages, or disputes arising directly from third-party game software. Players who believe a third-party game has malfunctioned should contact kg9bet support, who will liaise with the relevant provider on the player's behalf.

8.4 Player Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless kg9bet, its directors, employees, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, costs, or liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms & Conditions, your use of the Platform in violation of applicable law, or any fraudulent or harmful conduct attributable to your account.

8.5 No Warranties

The kg9bet Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. kg9bet makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or suitability of any information on the Platform. The use of the kg9bet Platform is entirely at your own risk.
